The National Meteorological Administration issued a yellow code for fog and ice for the counties of Galați, Vaslui, Bacău, and Vrancea, recommending caution in traffic.

The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) warned on Thursday morning about the formation of dense fog and ice in the counties of Galați, Vaslui, Bacău, and Vrancea, with reduced visibility below 200 meters, and isolated below 50 meters. This situation may favor the formation of black ice, affecting traffic conditions. The police recommend that drivers inform themselves about the weather conditions before setting off and adhere to traffic restrictions.

Additionally, it is reported that on the highways in the southern part of the country, traffic is taking place under winter conditions, with snow on the roadway. In certain areas, traffic is restricted for vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tons due to unfavorable weather.
