Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu has announced a series of measures to bring additional revenue to the budget, including a tax amnesty for budget arrears. Taxpayers who pay their debts by November 25 will have interest and penalties waived. A 3% rebate is also granted to taxpayers who have paid their debts in full.
