STB and Metrorex announce the public transport schedule for Easter 2026. Details about the circulation of transport means on the night of the Resurrection.

The Bucharest Transport Company (STB) and Metrorex have published the circulation schedule for the Easter holidays in 2026. On Fridays and Mondays, buses, trams, and trolleybuses will operate according to the schedule specific to a Sunday, with a reduced number of vehicles.

On Saturday and Sunday, transport will operate according to the usual schedule for these days. On the night of the Resurrection (April 11/12, 2026), STB will keep tram line 41 in operation until 03:00, with intervals of 20 minutes, and will provide access to the 25 night lines.

Metrorex will operate subway trains on all lines between April 10 and 13, 2026, according to the weekend and public holiday schedules. On the night of the Resurrection, trains will run between 23:00 and 1:00 at approximately 10-minute intervals, and from 1:00 to 5:00, at 20-minute intervals. Access to the subway with open flames is strictly prohibited to prevent incidents.
