The highest salaries were recorded in information and communication, while the lowest were in hotels and restaurants. Women earned on average 3.6% less than men. The counties of Teleorman, Vâlcea, and Vrancea had the lowest earnings, while Bucharest had the highest. The average number of employees increased by 88.2 thousand, and the average monthly cost of labor was 8439 lei, 14.4% more than in 2023.
