The situation in Vrancea County is worsening due to the overflow of the Slimnic River, which has led to the flooding of approximately 50 households. Authorities have assessed the situation and decided to evacuate 80 people as a precaution, of which 20 are children. The water has reached depths of 30-40 centimeters in yards and 10 centimeters in some homes.
Fortunately, no individuals have been reported needing medical care. ISU Vrancea announced that, following heavy rainfall, the river's flow has significantly increased, putting other households in the Bogza locality at risk. Firefighters intervened to evacuate two women aged 60 and 62 and continue to monitor the area, mobilizing intervention equipment, including pumps and boats, to limit the effects of the flooding.
