Sector 4 of Bucharest has started the construction of a modern maternity hospital, using European funds.

The project will be carried out with €50 million in European funds and will have 166 beds, including a neonatology ward, pediatric intensive care and a breast milk bank. The building will be built to energy-efficient standards and will include an educational component in collaboration with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
