The Competition Council analyzes Sameday's commitments for the takeover of Cargus, including maintaining commercial conditions and the assignment of automated pickup points.

The Competition Council has submitted for public debate the commitments proposed by Delivery Solutions (Sameday) to address competitive concerns related to the acquisition of Cargus SRL and its subsidiary, EOPS Solutions SRL.

Sameday commits to maintaining the commercial conditions of Cargus's existing contracts with clients until the end of 2026. Additionally, the company will transfer the activities related to the automated parcel pickup points (APM) owned by Cargus. The commitments aim to improve the quality of services and maintain a competitive environment in the courier market. Sameday will implement a procedure for managing the relationship with the couriers delivering orders from eMAG Marketplace merchants. Comments on these commitments can be sent to the Competition Council until March 2, 2026.
