Romfilatelia, the company responsible for designing and selling stamps, is in a precarious financial situation, posting significant losses in 2024. Although it has 61 employees and a general manager with a salary of €4,500 a month, philatelic activity is in decline. Minister of Economy Radu Miruță criticizes the current structure as inefficient and announces a possible reorganization, stressing that the integration of Romfilatelia into Poșta Română would reduce costs and eliminate redundancies.
