Another case investigates how the military arsenal confiscated from the mercenary Horațiu Potra entered Romania, suggesting the complicity of some officials. The prosecutor emphasized the importance of investigating suspicious flights from Congo to Romania.

He also commented on the illegal overflight of Romanian airspace by Russian drones, cases integrated into an international case managed by Interpol. Florența mentioned that he has never discussed these threats with former president Klaus Iohannis.
