A serious accident occurred in Bulgaria, where a Romanian man driving an SUV lost control and crashed into the oncoming lane, hitting a BMW head-on. Ten people were injured and two Romanians were rushed by helicopter to a hospital in Bucharest. The Romanian was detained for 72 hours by the Bulgarian prosecutor in preliminary proceedings. The court will decide on a detention order.
