The Romanian Customs Authority will replace the current systems with SNI and TSDPN as of August 1, 12:00, which will cause temporary disruptions in the processing of customs declarations. The RCDPS system will be unavailable as of July 30, 12:00, and the DVSRD will be temporarily down as of 18:00, resuming its operation on August 1, 10:00. During this period, economic operators can lodge customs declarations through alternative procedures. These changes are part of the digitalization of the customs administration in line with EU requirements.
