In a press conference, Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu emphasized the inefficiency of Romanian airports, noting that an airport in Romania has 1,400 employees for the same number of passengers managed by European airports with only 800 employees. Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan also criticized the situation at Otopeni Airport, blaming unbalanced contracts and excessive increases in employee allowances, stressing the need for reforms to improve performance and services.
