In a press release, the Ciolacu government announced that Romania will host the 32nd edition of the UNESCO Conference dedicated to International Press Freedom Day. The event will take place in Bucharest on May 5-7, 2025 and will include the award ceremony of the Guillermo Cano World Guillermo Cano Prize, dedicated to gratifying the efforts of the press.
