Romania ranks third in ECE-14 for industrial space, with a stock of 7.5 million sqm and increased demand due to relocation of production and investment.

By the end of 2024, Romania will have 7.5 million sqm of industrial space, making it the third largest market in CEE-14. Demand is supported by relocation of production and infrastructure investment. Bucharest concentrates almost half of the stock, but regional cities such as Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara are attracting increasing investment. Romania stands out for sustainable projects and competitive operating costs, with significant growth potential in the industrial sector.
