At the meeting of the Health Ministers of Europe, Alexandru Rogobete highlighted the importance of developing a strong pharmaceutical industry in Romania. He proposed strategic investments in domestic drug production and biotechnology, mentioning that accessing funds from the Horizon Europe program could bring up to 200 million euros for these initiatives. The goal is to improve patient access to fast and safe solutions, strengthen hospital infrastructure, and reduce health inequalities among EU member states.
