At a press conference organized at the Government, the Minister of Energy, Bogdan Ivan, stated that electricity produced in bulk through nuclear technology is the safest option for ensuring stability in the market. Ivan emphasized that Romania is the only country in Central and Eastern Europe that operates a Western nuclear technology, thus demonstrating competence in this field. The Minister mentioned that our country is ready to continue the development of nuclear energy through Units 3 and 4 at Cernavodă, which will contribute to diversifying energy sources and strengthening Romania's energy security. This approach underscores the country's commitment to using energy resources in a sustainable and efficient manner.
