The population in the northern area of Tulcea County was alerted again on Thursday at 10:18 AM through a Ro-Alert message regarding the risk of falling drones or their fragments, in the context of the war in Ukraine.

Authorities have asked citizens to remain calm and to take shelter in safe places for the next 90 minutes.

This represents the second extreme alert received by the residents of the county in less than four hours.

Authorities continue to monitor the situation and inform the population about potential risks.
