He emphasized that, during his term, he noticed that many directors from these companies were not interested in salary but rather in control over profitable businesses. Miruță exemplified with a company that tried to sell a piece of land worth millions of euros to repair a gate, highlighting the abuses and unjustified contracts within state-owned companies. He also mentioned that he discovered dubious deals, such as a contract for 800,000 lei for a 30-second video, suggesting that the money was not used appropriately. The minister promised that he would continue to investigate these practices and improve transparency in the management of state-owned companies.
