In an interview, Radu Mrinescu mentioned that he has not received any complaints regarding the issues raised in the Recorder documentary, which discusses abuses against judges and prosecutors. Marinescu acknowledged that, over time, there have been references to abuses in Justice, but he has not received specific information from magistrates. He encouraged judges to use their immovability to adjudicate important cases and to come up with concrete elements to solve the problems in the system. The minister specified that magistrates can address complaints to the Ministry of Justice or to the Judicial Inspection, an independent body that deals with investigating abuses.
