Alexandru Rogobete, Minister of Health, has announced the signing of a joint order abolishing the need for a referral note for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hemophilia, rare diseases and HIV/AIDS. The measure aims to simplify access to treatment and reduce waiting times. Patients can go directly to specialists designated under national programs, facilitating the continuous and efficient care they need.
