A young man who worked as a delivery driver for a food delivery platform was stopped in traffic by gendarmes from Argeș, who had a surprising discovery during a routine check. Instead of hot food, the man's insulated bag was stuffed with illegal fireworks materials.

The incident took place in Pitești, during a specific action to combat the illicit trade of fireworks. The gendarmes stopped the young man after his behavior in traffic drew their attention. During the search of the delivery bag, the law enforcement officers discovered hundreds of fireworks items from categories F2 and F3, which are dangerous and prohibited for public possession.

The goods were immediately confiscated, and a criminal case was opened against the "courier" for conducting operations with fireworks without authorization. He now risks imprisonment from 3 months to 1 year or a fine.
