A one-month-old baby was found dead by his parents in a stroller, probably because of the freezing temperatures of -1 degrees Celsius.

The tragedy took place in Bistrița-Năsăud county, where the family had to spend the night in the pram after the buggy broke down. The parents discovered the little girl had no vital signs and called 112, but the SMURD crew pronounced her dead. The family has two other children at home and police have opened a criminal file to investigate the exact circumstances of the tragedy and establish responsibility. The baby's body was taken to hospital for a necropsy.
