Oana Ţoiu, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania, will participate on Monday in the meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) in Brussels, where critical priorities for continental security will be discussed. The meeting will focus on the crisis in the Middle East, the new European Security Strategy, and Russia's aggression against Ukraine. Romania will condemn Iranian threats and reaffirm its commitment to de-escalation.

Additionally, Oana Ţoiu will advocate for the acceleration of Ukraine's and Moldova's European integration, the implementation of a 90 billion euro loan for Ukraine, and the adoption of the 20th package of sanctions against Russia. The meeting will also include a working lunch with India's Foreign Minister, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation and the EU-India Free Trade Agreement. After the meeting, Oana Ţoiu will return to Bucharest to support the budget project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Parliament.
