Nicușor Dan said that the threat from Russia is a European problem and that the NATO summit talks will focus on increasing defense spending. Although Romania has not been sufficiently active in supporting its interests, the president aims to correct this situation, including by including the Republic of Moldova in future financial discussions. As for the possible relocation of US troops, Dan said that so far there has been no concrete discussion on the subject.
