President Nicușor Dan declared on Friday, in Brussels, that in the case of the mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, a significant improvement is observed in the justice process, considering that there are no longer leaked transcripts from files in the press. He emphasized that for years, justice was exposed to the public through the media, before prosecutors finalized the indictments.

Nicușor Dan mentioned that, following discussions with the new chief prosecutors, he found that there have been no more leaks of information from files to the public, which represents progress. Although he avoided commenting on the details of the case, he highlighted the importance of this step forward in ensuring a more transparent and fair justice process.
