Nicușor Dan stated that Romania will benefit from grants from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, but will lose a significant part of the low-interest loans, estimating an access of over 95% to grants. He emphasized the importance of the presence of Romanian experts in Brussels to correct issues in real time, so that Romania can access funds of nearly 17 billion euros by 2030, including for strategic infrastructure.
