A Nepalese citizen was the victim of a theft in sector 1 of Bucharest, where a man attempted to steal his scooter. The surveillance cameras captured the incident, but the thief was unable to start the scooter after cutting the anti-theft system. The police intervened quickly, recovering the scooter and returning it to the owner. Following the investigations, the authorities identified the main suspect, a 40-year-old man, who is now being questioned. Additionally, during the searches, another young man was found, the suspect's brother, who is believed to have recently committed a similar theft of an electric bicycle. The investigation continues, and both men are being investigated for aggravated theft.
