The Government's spokesperson, Ioana Dogioiu, announced that the negative opinion of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) regarding the magistrates' pension project will be officially sent to the Government on Friday. She specified that, without this formal opinion, the extraordinary meeting of the Executive, scheduled to initiate the procedure for assuming responsibility for this project, cannot take place. The meeting could occur around noon.

Additionally, Dogioiu mentioned that there will also be an opinion from the Legislative Council regarding this project. The CSM issued the negative opinion on Thursday, and the decision, which includes the reasons for the opinion, will be sent to the Ministry of Labor on November 28, 2025. The CSM's opinion is advisory, and the Government can assume responsibility for adopting the normative act.
