Ochiană emphasized the need for Romania to become a development center for defense systems, already having the necessary resources, but highlighting the importance of integrating initiatives and collaboration between companies. He also announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Romaero, regarding the construction of autonomous systems in Romania. He stressed the role of the state as the architect of priorities and the importance of mobilizing capital for scaling the defense industry.
