He also emphasized Romania's contribution to regional stability through logistical support for Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, as well as through maritime security initiatives. Romania is committed to maintaining a safe environment in the Black Sea, cooperating with Bulgaria and Turkey in combating maritime threats.
