The government bond issue had a nominal value of 600 million lei and banks subscribed 1.041 billion lei. An additional auction to attract another 90 million lei is also scheduled for Tuesday. The Finance Ministry has planned to borrow 5.8 billion lei from commercial banks in March 2024.
