Changes in the leadership of PepsiCo Eastern Europe: key positions taken over by Romanian managers

PepsiCo has announced a reorganization at the management level for the Eastern Europe region, following which several Romanian managers have been promoted to top positions. The changes come after the expansion of responsibilities at the regional level for one of the executive directors, which has led to a reshuffling of the leadership team in the Eastern Balkans.

Mihaela Hristea has taken over as General Manager for East Balkans. She succeeds Radu Berevoescu, who has been promoted to General Manager for East Europe.

Mihaela Hristea joined PepsiCo in 2023, having previously held roles as Senior Marketing Manager Beverages Romania and Organized Trade Sales Director for East Balkans, where she coordinated the commercial strategy and contributed to the rebranding of the Pepsi brand in Romania.

Radu Berevoescu, with a 16-year career at PepsiCo, prioritizes sustainable growth and portfolio transformation, considering the recent $148 million investments in modernizing factories in Romania.
