The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent to the Permanent Electoral Authority a list of 965 proposals for polling stations abroad for the 2025 presidential elections

<p>The MEA has submitted to the Permanent Electoral Authority a list of 965 proposals for polling station locations abroad, including 15 new polling stations compared to 2024. The most polling stations are proposed in Italy, Spain and the UK. In some cases, polling stations have been relocated to facilitate access for Romanian voters. Voting will take place over three days and Romanian citizens abroad can vote with a valid identity document.
