The metro bonus, between 20-40%, is included in the Collective Bargaining Agreement signed in December 2024. It also applies to office employees such as accountants and economists, who receive between 27% and 34% of their gross salary. Metrorex management employees also benefit from this bonus, even if they work on the 9th floor of the CFR Palace. The union protests are anticipated following the reduction in bonuses for harmful conditions.
