A marine drone exploded in the Port of Constanța, at Dock 78. Access to the area has been restricted, and all competent institutions are on alert. The Red Intervention Plan has been activated.

The explosion occurred around 10:30 AM, after the drone was initially found at 5:50 AM.

The marine drone exploded on its own, but there are no injuries, stated the spokesperson of DSU, Bogdan Toma, for Hotnews.

The drone, which is green and equipped with antennas, was stopped by the anti-pollution barriers placed on the water.

It was discovered in the yard of the Romanian Agency for Human Life Saving at Sea (ARSVOM).
