My biggest outrage is related to the lack of changes in our system, that is the biggest outrage, meaning there have been similar events in other countries, but there, after two or three years, the legislation changed, some strong and serious changes were made, centers were built, meaning concrete measures were taken, but not here," says Bogdan Moleșag in an interview for Cotidianul.
