Ionuț Moșteanu said that the Ministry of National Defense will continue to optimize spending, ensuring that every penny is spent efficiently. The budget is set in line with NATO commitments to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP by 2035. While savings will be made, there will be no cuts in personnel, and investment in dual-use equipment and armaments will continue. Moșteanu recently attended the ceremony dedicated to Romanian Aviation Day.
