Interim Minister of Economy Bogdan Ivan announced that active employees at the Mangalia shipyard will receive their salaries in two installments, with 60% paid between May 12-16 and the remaining 40% at the end of the month. In addition, 13 ship repair projects have been identified to support the company's financial recovery. The Free Shipbuilders' Union has announced protests to demand urgent action from the state in the context of the yard's financial difficulties, which is in insolvency.
