Liana Arsenie, head of the Bucharest Court of Appeal, criticized the accusations made by judge Daniela Panioglu, stating that they are not supported by verifiable facts. Panioglu is accused of having obtained an apartment in 2011, but continued to claim rent from the state until 2015, appealing in court against the decisions of the CAB.

Arsenie highlighted Panioglu's aggressive behavior, which has been sanctioned for physical and verbal violence. She also mentioned that Panioglu delayed the resolution of a case for 9 years, causing significant financial harm. During the conference, Arsenie presented audio recordings from the courtroom, suggesting a campaign to discredit the judicial system, coinciding with the trial of important cases.
