Karel, a Turkish leader in communications and defense technologies, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Havelsan and a strategic agreement with Turkish Aerospace Industries. These collaborations aim to modernize Romania's maritime border surveillance system and expand technological solutions for the European defense market.
