The IVF3 project, launched by the Administration of Hospitals and Medical Services Bucharest, offers financial support of up to 15,000 lei for 2,000 infertile couples or single women with a medical indication for in vitro fertilization. Project implementation will take place between July 2025 and December 2026, with the aim of increasing the birth rate. Previously, the IVF 1 and IVF 2 projects have supported 2,151 couples, resulting in 659 births. This initiative is part of a series of measures to improve access to modern healthcare in Bucharest.
