INSCOP Research, commissioned by Polithink, conducted an opinion poll which shows that 78.9% of Romanians prefer the orientation towards the West (EU, USA, NATO), and 83.3% view EU membership positively. Additionally, 72.8% believe that digitalization will reduce bureaucracy. However, there is a gap between the use of online services (43.7%) and citizens' expectations, with obstacles such as the lack of digital education and political will. Almost 73.6% would use a single digital portal for interaction with state institutions, and the priority areas for digitalization are health and education.
