In August 2025, 3,507 building permits were issued, a decrease of 4.6% compared to July. Most of these target the rural area. For non-residential buildings, 563 permits were issued, a lower number than in the previous month, but higher compared to August 2024. Increases in the number of permits were recorded in the Center and West regions, while a decrease was reported in the North-East.
