The decision of the ICCJ is final, as the court rejected the appeal of George Simion, the leader of AUR, challenging the decision of the CCR which annulled the entire electoral process of the 2024 presidential elections. Simion warned that the CCR decision sets a dangerous precedent that could undermine trust in democracy and the rule of law.
