The draft order of the Ministry of Health aims to double the opening hours of outpatient clinics so that patients can receive consultations in the evening until 20:00. This measure, announced by Minister Alexandru Rogobete, aims to improve access to specialized medical services. The schedule will be organized on a rotational basis by doctors, but there will be exceptions for cases of understaffing.
