The president of the PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, stated that Daniel Băluță, the social-democrats' candidate for the Capital City Hall, will face the main opponents Cătălin Drulă (USR) and Ciprian Ciucu (PNL), but mentioned that Anca Alexandrescu (AUR) could turn the competition into a four-way race, having a significant percentage in polls. Grindeanu emphasized that Băluță will focus the campaign on public policies and administration, avoiding political discussions and attacks, in order to respond to the needs of Bucharest residents. He expressed confidence that Băluță will efficiently manage the electoral campaign, emphasizing administrative solutions.
