Vișinel Bălan, the director of DGASPC Giurgiu, announced on Facebook that he found his car vandalized, but considers this incident as an additional motivation to continue the reform of the institution. He noted that the surveillance system in the area has not been working for two weeks, complicating the identification of the culprits. Bălan emphasizes that the obstacles will not discourage him, but on the contrary, strengthen his determination to fulfill his commitment to DGASPC reform.
