British investor Ghai Sant Ram has announced the launch of the Horizon City residential project, an investment of 130 million euros, which will include 699 apartments.

The Horizon City project, located in the north of Bucharest, will be developed on an area of almost 23,000 square meters and will consist of 699 apartments, ranging from studios to duplexes. The works will be completed by mid-2027, including underground and above-ground parking. Ghai Sant Ram, with over 20 years of experience in residential developments, aims to meet the growing demand for modern housing in this expanding area.
