The 'Solidarity Health' Federation in Romania has published a statement expressing its dissatisfaction with the salary law project launched by the Ministry of Labor. Although the project includes some previously requested corrections, such as a 15% tour bonus and a 40% home care allowance, FSSR emphasizes that provisions remain in force that negatively affect the salary rights of staff.

Among the criticisms are the lack of a guaranteed minimum threshold for work condition bonuses, the contingent allocation of bonuses based on staff quotas, and the rates for work on days off that remain below the current level. FSSR calls for continued consultations and corrections to the project before adoption, warning that an inadequate reform could reduce the real incomes of health employees. FSSR representatives participate in social dialogue on the project and threaten protests if their requests are not met.
