The Federation of Trade Unions in Post and Communications (FSPC) criticized the financial results of the National Company Romanian Post (CNPR), emphasizing that they do not reflect a consistent performance, but rather a fluctuating evolution, presented selectively.

In a statement, FSPC mentioned that, although the management announced "historic profits," official data shows a decrease in gross profit from 45.5 million lei in 2021 to 17.5 million lei in 2023. The union members expressed concern regarding the proposal to list the Romanian Post on the stock exchange, considering that the management has abandoned compensation for universal service. FSPC believes that this decision, associated with the leadership of Mircea Tudosie, has had negative effects on the company.

Furthermore, the union members emphasize that real performance is not measured only in profits, but also in investments in infrastructure and working conditions for employees. FSPC demands real managerial accountability and authentic social dialogue, warning that institutional marketing cannot hide the financial and social problems of the company.
